J. Curtis Henderson

Chief Administrative Officer

J. Curtis Henderson joined us in February 2007 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. In December 2013, Mr. Henderson was named Chief Administrative Officer. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Henderson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Coterie Capital Partners, Ltd., a private equity partnership in Dallas, Texas. From 1996 to 2005, Mr. Henderson served as General Counsel of Nucentrix Broadband Networks, Inc., a public broadband wireless telecommunications company that was sold to Nextel Communications in 2004. 

Mr. Henderson began his career as a lawyer in the corporate and securities section of Locke Lord. He has over 23 years of experience in public and private securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and regulatory affairs.

Mr. Henderson holds a B.A. in Political Science from Austin College and a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law where he served as Articles Editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review.
